Pricing
Every job is unique and must be priced individually. It is difficult to estimate any job with out seeing the home in person. All estimates are based on the services requested, the size of the home and the condition of the home. No job is too big or too small. Please call for a FREE no obligation estimate.
Clutter Cleaner charges on a per job basis. We believe that it is important to sit down with family members and sort through their items. Although we don’t want to be there all week, we do not want to be rushed or not do a thorough job because of hourly charges. As long as the project does not run over estimated time frame, you will be charged on a per job basis.
Pricing includes:
- Labor
- Trash Removal
- Dumping Fees
Extra Items:
- Boxes if Needed
- Storage Bins
- If you decide to store items in a storage unit, you will be responsible for that monthly cost. We will however drive your items to the storage unit as part of the initial fee.
eBay Sales & Consignment:
We can sell some of your items on eBay if we believe they will sell quickly. Clutter Cleaner lists all items on eBay for our customers and handles all shipping. eBay profits will be split 50/50 between Clutter Cleaner and our customers. If items do not sell in 30 days, we will remove them from eBay and will dispose of them properly. We will alert you via phone or email upon sale. We will then write you a check for your proceeds with in 30 days.
Clutter Cleaner makes no promises that items will sell and provides eBay listing solely as a service to our clients. If you have a consignment shop you generally deal with, Clutter Cleaner will deliver items to that shop. Clutter Cleaner is not in the consignment business. We can put you in touch with quality consignment shops around the region if you are interested.
Payment:
Payment is DUE IN FULL upon completion of the project.
Clutter Cleaner accepts all major credit cards and checks.
Clutter Cleaner reserves the right to require a deposit on certain jobs.
Gift Certificates:
All Clutter Cleaner services can be given as a gift to another family member. Please let us know if you would like to know more about our gift certificates.
